Jimmy worked as a legal secretary for Freeman & St. Clair for five years prior to attending law school. Both professionally and academically, Jimmy has a passion for law. He starts most every day by reading select cases from the U.S. and Arizona Supreme Courts as well as the 9th Circuit and 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
Jimmy’s main interests lie in general business representation, the Uniform Commercial Code, property law, and civil litigation and civil procedure. As a law student, Jimmy also developed interests in Constitutional and Water Law. Jimmy also enjoys researching and studying 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 14th Amendment claims and Arizona water rights including the Arizona General Stream Adjudication.
Aside from law, Jimmy enjoys reading, creative writing, and enjoying the Arizona outdoors.
